Alphabet, parent company of Google, becomes the richest company in the world (and exceeds Apple)

According to the Financial Times, Alphabet is now the wealthiest company in terms of liquidity in the world since the second quarter of 2019.

The company, parent company of Google, relegates Apple to second place even as the Cupertino company has spent a long time on the throne.

An estimated wealth of 117 billion dollars

Since the last quarter of 2017, the Alphabet's cash reserves have increased by $ 20 billion. This allowed him to dethrone Apple whose wealth is "only" 102 billion, where he reaches 15 billion more. 

This success comes at a difficult time for society. It must indeed take antitrust supervision and face protests from its employees. 

Still, today, even if it dethroned Apple, Alphabet has not yet obtained the title of the "  most valuable society in the world  ", which is the case of the Cupertino company.
