Samsung had been suspected for a while of preparing a new laptop, and the recent Bluetooth certification granted to a certain Galaxy Book S did nothing to calm the rumor.
A few days after a device named Galaxy Space was spotted on Geekbench, the Bluetooth certification granted to a model referenced "SM-W767" and called Galaxy Book S leaves little doubt about the upcoming release of a new laptop signed Samsung.
A new laptop under Windows 10 with SoC Snapdragon
According to Windows Latest which relays the information, this Galaxy Book S would be part of the range of laptops " Always Connected " of Samsung. However, we should expect a technical sheet slightly more muscular than the Galaxy Book 12 unveiled earlier in the year by the manufacturer.

In fact, the benchmark spotted on Geekbench shows a computer with 8 GB of RAM and an eight-core processor clocked at 2.84 GHz; all achieving the score of 2,011 in single-core and 6,047 in multi-core. The model of the latter, however, remains unknown.
However, according to observers, it's a safe bet that it is a chip signed Qualcomm. The American smelter is declining its SoC Snapdragon for the ARM computer market, and it would not be surprising to see Samsung rely on this partner to propel its future laptop.
Back to school looks busy for Samsung
In addition to this new computer which we should soon hear about, the South Korean manufacturer will launch on August 7, the Galaxy Note 10 and its variants.
According to persistent rumors, Samsung will take advantage of the event to present the Galaxy Tab S6 - its new high-end tablet.
Finally, Samsung today formalized <the (re) marketing of the highly anticipated Galaxy Fold. Originally planned for last April, the collapsible smartphone manufacturer had encountered many engineering problems, a priori now resolved.
