Attacked, Nintendo finally meets the players whose Joy-Con are defective

A day after a complaint has been filed against Nintendo, the firm finally takes the measure of the problem posed by the handles of his Switch. 

Never directly addressed by the Nintendo support so far, the problem of "drift" of which some owners of Joy-Con are victims seems to have finally found an appropriate response from the firm.

"  At Nintendo, we are proud to create quality products, and continually make improvements,  " said a Nintendo spokesman at the Kotaku site. "  We are aware that some Joy-Con does not respond correctly. We want our customers to enjoy the Nintendo Switch, and if anything breaks that, we encourage players to visit support.nintendo.com for us to help. " 

A response of circumstance, which unfortunately does not give much more room for maneuver to the players impacted by this problem. Kotaku notes, however, that Nintendo has discreetly updated the page dedicated to repairing requests in order to highlight the support for Joy-Con.

An attempt, for the manufacturer, to calm the ardor of the many players who joined the class-action suit in the United States. Unfortunately, many players have already reported an attempt to repair Joy-Con, which had been unsuccessful in the past; leaving doubt about a deeper engineering problem than it seems.

I've sent my joycons twice for repairs. one came drifting out of the box.

 Above, a user reports that he twice sent his pair of Joy-Con for repair, without Nintendo having solved his problem. Worse: one of the two devices was a victim of the " drift  " problem just out of the box.
