Uniti automaker opens pre-orders for its One in Founders Series

The Swedish group Uniti is now offering interested motorists the opportunity to book a Founders Series edition of its electric city car One. 

It will obviously be a limited edition, which will allow buyers to strut at the wheel of this atypical electric vehicle before everyone else.

Because there is not only the new Renault ZOE in life, the Swedish manufacturer Uniti intends to install its One on the market of the electric car. A small very urban racing car, 900 kg, which can now pre-order on the official website of the manufacturer, against the sum of 149 euros.

The model of series should be presented later this year and marketed in the wake, with an entry ticket set at 14,900 euros for the basic version and 19,900 euros for the "premium" version. 

The manufacturer should produce his racing car on different continents, in Australia in particular, but also in India, or in the United Kingdom. Uniti hopes to sell 500,000 units of its One in India by 2024.

An urban electric and connected

The small Uniti One should, according to manufacturer data, have a range of about 240 km, thanks to a battery of 26 kWh. The fast charge will be there, with the possibility to go from 20 to 80% of charge in 25 minutes. 

All this remains to be confirmed since it is not yet the official specifics of the racing car, but the goals of the Swedish start-up.

On the performance side, it should be able to run up to 130 km / h in top speed. One will have two electric motors, which will distribute the power to the rear wheels of the vehicle. 

Finally, most observers will have noticed that the small One can accommodate only two passengers.
