Continuing its efforts to establish itself in new markets, particularly in Asia, Match Group announces the upcoming availability of Tinder Lite in Vietnam.
Weighing 25 times lighter than its predecessor, Tinder Lite will be available in the coming weeks exclusively on Android in time. Match Group announces that it will then roll out its application more generally in the countries of Southeast Asia and South America.
A lighter and non-monetized application ... for now
Tinder Lite takes up most of Tinder's features. Namely: the swipe. But to weigh less and consume less mobile data, important cuts had to be made. In particular, feeds go out of business, as can the option to subscribe to a Tinder Plus or Gold subscription.
... For the moment! As you might expect, Tinder has not become a philanthropic business, and of course, is working to include its subscription plans with Tinder Lite in the near future.
