Horace: a contest (smart) to determine the sale price of the game on Steam

It's 505 Games that decided to launch a rather original contest, to allow the players to determine the selling price of the Horace game. 

If the price of games remains a hot topic for many years now, including soon with Google Stadia, the side of 505 Games, we decided to promote the game Horace in an original way. Indeed, the more players will be interested in the game, the more the latter will see its price drop.

What price for Horace?

To drop the price of the game before its release on July 18, players are invited to place Horace in their wishlist. Depending on the number of players interested, the price of the game, set at 14.99 euros, will fall at different levels. 

Thus, as soon as the game reaches 1000 participants, the price will drop to 13.49 €. At 50,000 participants, the price will rise to € 11.25, and even € 7.50 if the 100,000 marks are reached. 

Finally, the last level, level 4, requires 200,000 participants, which drops the price of the game to € 3.75 (a discount of 75% on the original price). Nice, no?
