As his sequel goes out next year, Dying Light will be entitled to a new DLC

Released in 2015, and even though its sequel is scheduled for next spring, Dying Light will acquire a brand new DLC in the coming months. 

In an interview with GamesIndustry, Tymon Smektala, lead designer on Dying Light for the Polish studio Techland, said a small team was still developing new add-on content for the original game.

A recent decision

In his interview, Tymon Smektala declares that this is a recent decision, which follows the success of the DLC program that started in 2018 by the studio. Last year, Techland released 10 new DLCs for Dying Light. 

Additions well received by the players, since "  we had a meeting just before E3, says the developer, during which it emerged that we still wanted to add things to the first game. And there is now a small team that is working on additional content that will arrive in Dying Light  . " 

Great news for fans of this action game that mixes parkour and zombie apocalypse and that will surely allow them to wait until the release of Dying Light 2in the spring of 2020 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
