Pokémon Masters arrives on the Play Store (and you can already pre-register)

Let it be said: Never have Pokemon been as present as in recent years. After a first impulse given by Pokémon Go, based entirely on augmented reality and still furious three years after its release, it is a new title that has been unveiled.

Pokémon Masters, developed by DeNA - which has already proposed Animal Crossing Pocket Camp and Fire Emblem Heroes, also owned by Nintendo - will be released soon. It is already possible to register for the beta of the title on the Play Store to discover this game in "  cel-shading  " for the smartphone.

The goal? Become the champion of Pasio Island!

Pokémon Masters will be the opportunity to find the Pokémon fights in a pure cel-shading style. For the most eager to discover the title of DeNA, a beta is already proposed: pre-registration takes place on the online store Android (iOS will arrive later).

According to the rumors, Pokémon Masters will be released on August 29th - it will still be necessary to equip a smartphone powerful enough, that mid-range may not be able to rotate it optimally. Regarding the gameplay of Pokémon Masters? The title will take place on an island, Pasio, where the player will have to beat many opponents

known franchise to become champion of the World Pokémon Masters. The fights will take place in "  3 vs 3  " in the manner of an RPG, as often with the famous title of Game Freak. It will also be necessary to create links with other trainers to hope to find a place in this game, proposed in free-to-play - remains to be seen if microtransactions will be present, as is often the case with this model of play.

No date for the French beta

It's in Singapore, then in Canada, that will open the Pokémon Masters beta. On the other hand, nothing has been announced on the side of France. We imagine that DeNA will not forget the French, rather fond of the adventures Pokémon. The beta will also be an opportunity for developers to fix the latest problems that could taint the launch of the game. Very shy in the field of smartphone games, Nintendo seems to gradually let external studios offer iOS and Android versions of its franchises cults. After Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem or Mario, what will be the next license to enjoy? The Japanese firm has the embargo of choice!
