BMW unveils its sporty and autonomous hybrid, M Vision Next

BMW M Vision Next

The BMW group has just unveiled plans for the "  future of driving  " and this will be through Vision M Next.

According to the manufacturer, this BMW Vision M Next offers a glimpse into the electrified future of the BMW M brand with a focus on the driver.

A seductive electrified car at BMW

Already present in the segment of the electrified sports car with its i8, BMW unveils its new concept Vision M Next, which foreshadows the future of the German brand.

An electrified model, but which retains all the sports DNA of BMW, with design elements such as the low and angular silhouette, the butterfly doors, or the concept of distinctive colors, which refers to the BMW Turbo and BMW i8.

On the engine side, we find here the home rechargeable hybrid technology, with an electric motor on the front and rear axles, which allows the choice of electric propulsion on the two rear wheels or an electric all-wheel drive.

A power of 600 hp

According to BMW, the maximum power of 600 hp provides acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in three seconds. Sustainable driving in urban areas is also possible thanks to an electric autonomy of 100 km. For fans of (sure) power, a mode "Boost +" can provide some extra horses.

Side look, this BMW Vision M Next is adorned with a front "four-eyed", not to mention a laser light signature, front, and rear. The pair of BMW logos refer directly to the BMW Turbo and the BMW M1.

Onboard, the BMW Vision M NEXT's intelligent new technology, based on the D + ACES ( Design + Autonomous driving, Connectivity, Electrification, and Services ) strategy, places the person sitting at the wheel in the center of the line.

The interface combines all control options and information on three visual levels directly in front of the driver. The displayed information adapts according to the speed of the car. The higher the speed, the more accurate the information and the more it moves in the driver's direct field of vision.
